Terms & Conditions – Movie For 2 (Monday to Friday)

This voucher entitles the user to 2 complimentary movie tickets at participating cinemas from Monday-Friday. Offer valid in select cities.
Bookings will be confirmed only from Monday to Friday. All booking requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be attended to on the subsequent business day.
A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
To avail of the offer, customers to show the SMS conformation or a printout of the e-ticket at the venue.
The movie ticket booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained.
Our concierge representative will try to reach you up to a maximum of 2 times within 24 business hours of your preferred booking date to confirm your movie tickets, in case the customer is non contactable, the booking request will be cancelled and cannot be rebooked again.
Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
The offer is open to residents of India only.
This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.
This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, Imax, and other special screenings.
Redemption of tickets is subject to availability of seats.
Film classification rules apply, and identiffcation may be required.
The voucher is valid for the best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier, and gold, XL, recliner or any other class seats.
The cinema voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
The cinema manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply.
The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
The list of participating venues remains subject to change.

General Terms & Conditions

This offer is not available to employees, trade partners, retailers, and distributors of Samsung, Cheil India Pvt. Ltd and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.
This offer is subject to promotional availability. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash”.
In case the chosen theatre/show is not available, then an alternate theatre / date / show movie will be offered.
Invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
No photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.
Only the purchases made between 31/10/2023 till 20/11/2023 (20 days) will be considered for rewards.
The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products
The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
Photocopied, torn or mutilated Vouchers/invoices/bills will not be accepted.
Customer purchase invoice should have customer name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
The customer will need to register the voucher/invoice within 7 days of their purchase or before the last date to register, whichever is earlier, failing which the voucher/invoice will be invalidated and cannot be used further.
This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
A maximum of one (1) voucher/reward code may be used per person, per mobile number, per email id per invoice, per IMEI, per address during the promotion period. Any duplicate or tampered invoices will be invalidated, and the code cannot be used further.
Only one voucher per booking per invoice will be entertained. Multiple Vouchers cannot be booked together on a single invoice.
If you are registered with Do Not Disturb (DND) service, you will not receive an SMS confirmation from us. Please mail us at feedback@bigcity.in for any queries. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd has already emailed or sent by SMS, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd will not re-send the voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant.
The “How to Redeem” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions. For detailed T&C’s please visit xxx.bigcityexperience.com. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible in case the Voucher codes have expired for any reason whatsoever.
Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd and the Stores are not responsible for any loss or theft of the Vouchers.
No duplicate Voucher shall be issued to the customers.
Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung Or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical diffculties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.

Vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning the quality/ availability of featured offers. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
